What is Women’s Talk

In today’s world, women can often find themselves grappling with the weight of unspoken emotions and the isolation of modern life. Woman’s Talk is a beacon of hope, offering a safe and supportive space for women to connect, share their experiences, and find solace in the company of others.

Our mission is to foster social inclusion, break down barriers, and address the mental health challenges that affect the female population. Through open and honest conversations, we aim to reduce the stigma surrounding poor mental health and encourage women to seek help when needed.

At Women’s Talk, we believe that by sharing stories, offering empathy, and understanding, women can feel less alone in their struggles. Our gatherings offer a unique blend of support and listening, leading to personal growth and well-being.

Whether you’re seeking support, friendship, or simply a listening ear, Women’s talk welcomes you. Join us and discover the power of connection.

No Expectations

When you attend there is no pressure for you to share anything you do not want to. Sometimes Just listening is good to start with until you feel comfortable to open up.

Confidentiality

The only people who know you are attending are the people in attendance with you. The only time where this isn’t the case is if a facilitator deems you are at risk of harm to yourself or others, then help services will be called.

No Judgement

We believe in creating a non-judgmental environment where you can be yourself. Share your thoughts and feelings without fear of criticism or shame.
